Over the years I have sketched, inked, and painted hundreds of art pieces. Some to showcase in art shows, but mostly to just get things out of my head. Here are just a few of the series I like the most. Someday I’ll get all my sketchbooks, ink pieces, and paintings online, but that’s a lot of scanning/clean up. Someday.
Flying Monkey Scarecrow Tinman Dorthy Toto This is a “to be completed” set, which I’m still working on since 2007. All the characters just haven’t come to me yet and sadly this was the book that was partially water damaged, so I might have to re-ink them..

Spirit Sperm Fetus Young Boy Middle Aged Man Old Man Spirit Returns The Bomber of Life One year at Burning Man, I got thinking about the stages of life. What are they? What would they look like? How many stages are there? What do they all mean as a whole? The spirit and boy popped right into my head and I sketch a few ideas down to explore when I returned home. I had the whole set roughed out, by the time I got home and dusted off. I then drew them in ink and finished the set off in acrylic.

Envy Gluttony Greed Vanity Wrath Lust Sloth Here is my version of the 7 deadly sins, which I mixed with an annoying childhood memory for me. It just seemed like every time I wanted to watch cartoons as a kid, the damn Care Bears were the only thing on. It also made sense to use them, since they already had emotions on their bellies and were just asking to be skewed. Plus it’s great to see peoples faces and what they say the first time they see these. Oh and some are NSFW.

Ace of Hearts Caterpiller I Caterpiller II Chesir Cat Queen of Hearts Carpenter and the Walrus The White Rabbit Alice Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum March Hare Mad Hatter Door Mouse This series came along when day when I walked by a second hand store and they had giant coffee mugs that were the head of Alice and the Madhatter. It got me thinking about what would me version of wonderland look like.

I had these turned into postcards to sell at my shows and still have some available for sale. Please contact me if you are interested in a set.

Rat Ox Tiger Year of the Rabbit Year of the Dragon Year of the Snake Year of the Horse Year of the Goat Year of the Monkey Year of the Rooster Year of the Dog Year of the Pig I signed up for the Forgotten Works Challenge III (30 in 30). A project where artist had 30 days to do 30 original art pieces that sold for $30. On day one you picked up your canvas and then races to get them done in your 30 days or you didn’t get them hung. These were part of my 30 pieces, based on the Chinese calendar.

Capricon Aquarius Pisces Aries Taurus Gemini Cancer Leo Virgo Libra Scorpio Sagittarius These are more of my submissions for the Forgotten Works Challenge III (30 in 30). Staying along the lines of Astrology and doing my version of zodiac symbols. Just like the Year of the..., they all sold out very quickly. The color represent what element they are. Green for earth, red for fire, blue for water and light blue for wind.

Tart Cards Back The Fool The Magician The High Priestess The Empress The Emperor The Hierophant The Lovers The Chariot Strength The Hermit The Wheel of Fortune Justice The Hanged Witch Death Alchemy The Devil The Tower The Star The Moon The Sun Judgement The Universe After seeing, ordering and getting H.R. Giger’s tarot cards, it was set in my head to do my own set. I’ve only gotten the starter set of cards done so far, but the whole set (wands, cups, swords and pentacles) have been running through my head for years. Some day I’ll get them out on paper.

I also had these printed and have them for sale. Please contact me if you are interested.
